EFT Membership is Zero enrollment $39 a month EFT*. That membership includes use of gym, cardio equipment,  any and all classes such as spinning, yoga, pilates, muscle sculpt, core training, ab attack, kick it, zumba, hooping, step, upper cuts, triple threat, and childcare.

Police, Fire, Students,&  Seniors EFT membership is Zero enrollment and $29 a month.  That membership includes any and all classes plus childcare.

Standard Membership is $349 for a paid in full.  That membership includes muscle sculpt, core training ab attack, triple threat, step, hooping, zumba, and more.

Premium Membership is $429 for a  paid in full.  That membership includes everything in a standard plus SPINNING, PILATES, YOGA, and CHILDCARE.
