Intro Clinics:

Whether you are new to group exercise or want to brush up on some skills, these sessions are for you! Learn the basics from terminology to technique to help you feel comfortable in any class.
Check the Group Exercise Board for dates & times.

CARDIO

Cardio Drills & Muscle Skills:

This class targets both aerobic and anaerobic training zones by mixing cardio moves along with short bursts of weight training. (All Levels)

Cardio Interval Step:

This is an interval training workout that is the ultimate fat burning pure cardio workout.  All you need is 30 minutes of your time, a step, and lots of energy!

Kick It!:

Kick it up a notch with this high energy kickboxing interval class.  You will alternate between intervals of cardio kickboxing  & strength moves.  A great total body workout.  Less choreography and more fun.

Spin:

Group cycling is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment and music that begs your legs to pedal, you’ll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner and stronger body. (All Levels)

Spin Express:

45-Minute Ride. (All Levels)
All members MUST complete an Intro To Spin Class, before attending regular spin classes.

Step:

A great intermediate level step class with some choreography. (All Levels)

Total Body Cardio:

Short on time?  This 30 minute total body class alternates cardio and strength combos for an all in one workout.

Triple Threat:

This is truly a well rounded workout. You will start with 20-minutes of cardio kickboxing followed by 20- minutes of step training & finishing off with a segment of core training and a relaxing stretch. (All Levels)

ZumbaTM:

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allows Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun And Easy To Do”. (All Levels)

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Ab Attack:

This 30 minute class focuses on core stability while you strengthen the abdominal back muscles.

Butts & Gutts:

Not a minute is wasted during this intense lower body workout. This class will help to shape and tone those annoying lower body areas. (All Levels)

Core Training:

Incorporates exercises that are based upon strengthening the core muscles while increasing flexibility in the legs, arms and smaller supporting muscle groups, This class will lengthen, define and sculpt muscles. (All Levels)

Flexibility Training:

A 30 minute full body stretch class meant to lengthen your muscle and relieve physical tension.

Muscle Sculpt:

A total body conditioning workout that will push you to the next level of fitness. This dynamic workout will enhance strength and muscle definition with the use of tubing, weights, gliding discs, stability balls and body bar. (All Levels)

Rock Bottom:

Lower body training, 30 minutes is all you need to feel the burn.

Upper Cuts:

Upper body training at its finest!  Work your bicepts, tricepts, shoulders, chest and back all in 30 minutes.

MIND/BODY

Pilates Mat:

Lengthen, strengthen and tone your body. This class introduces the teaching of Joseph Pilates in principles of concentration, breathing, alignment, coordination, centering and balance. (All Levels)

Yoga:

Enjoy the harmonizing benefits of yoga through this practice of stretching, strengthening, breath work, relaxation and meditation. This class provides clear instruction and modifications. (All Levels)
